Well presented, good quality products and great customer service. Lots of choice. I had a delivery problem, the envelope was returned to them and they contacted me to reship my purchase to the address of my choice, at no extra cost, even though the address problem was not their fault. I highly recommend this service.

I think everything is great, but I don't like the fact that you receive all the orders in one sheet from which you can't cut out the individual sheets. I ordered stickers for several children, but it was difficult to cut them out to give away and some of the stickers were damaged and of course it doesn't look nice as a gift. That is a bit annoying.

Beautiful labels! Extraordinary! Nothing to complain about. However, no response from after-sales service regarding a fastener to be replaced on a lunch box and that's a shame as well as a sponsorship where neither of us received the promo or other mail. The lunch box is great! But the sticker on the top tends to come off because I don't use a dishwasher, so I did and one of the fasteners broke off, so if I could buy another one it would be great. But the fact that you can put it in the microwave and refrigerate it thanks to the wafer is really great!

Bad experience for me I ordered labels for my son's christening, they were supposed to arrive within 48 hours as indicated on the site (order placed on Sunday 07/07 for the following Saturday i.e. 13/07). My labels finally arrived after the event. I'm a bit disappointed by the money I spent, only to end up not being able to do anything with them (the christening and date are mentioned on the label) ????
