WASTE OF TIME My labels still haven't arrived 3 weeks later and on my account it shows it's been delivered and yet I have received nothing! I have emailed twice still no reply! My daughter has started school already and I've had to write her name in !

Placed a order on the 25th of august and it said will be ready for shipment within 48 hours. But did not send till the 28th of august. It is now the 5th of september and still not turned up. Pretty sure it wont. I sent them a email Yesterday saying it has not come. They Send me a reply saying I have to wait till the 9th of september even tho on the website it says the 8th. So i sent a email back saying the 9th is no good I needed them for the 4th. And I would have to go out and buy more from a shop. To which they have not sent me a message back. Never agian. I need my money back now please 6 working days is plenty of time for them to come.

Dear Chloe, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear the post didn't deliver your labels. The production indeed took 48 hours. You ordered on Friday and the labels were dispatched on Monday. Please, consider the weekends as a not business days. After the dispatch the delivery usually takes 2-6 days, depending on your area. However, the post can extend this up to 10 working days and we can't influence the postal services. Sure, we will refund you if the order will not arrive after the legal time frame and we hope to see back. Kind regards, Ana

PLESE DO NOT BUY !!!!! wrong label arrived after over 3 weeks of waiting..I have contacted customer services and was told that my order will be reprinted... 2 weeks later still no email or response from customer service... my messages are being ignored.... Update:I am more then aware that most businesses do not operate on weekends but i have contacted you on Wed, Thursday, Friday and Sunday all my messages were read and ignored. I have now received answer from yourselves with an update and finally someone replied to me. No I wasn't told any of the information you have provided in the answer below. Let's hope I receive them soon as my daughter already started school and I initially ordered them over months ago. Thank you for addressing this issiue.

Hello Angelika, Thank you for your message and apologies we did not answer your message sooner. For information, our offices are closed at the weekend so any messages sent during that time will be treated on the following Monday. The new shipment of your order was put into production on the 28th August and shipped on the 29th August 2023,therefore the customer service has definitely been in touch with you less than a week ago. At the time, you would have been offered the option of a full refund, or a new shipment at our costs, informing you that your order would unlikely get to you before the start of school.
