Very bad labels, sticks ok on things like bottles but labels on clothes have all come off in the washing machine. Do not recommend especially for uniform. Also delivery takes about 3 weeks not the estimates 10 working days

The stickers were very good, they met my expectations, but the shipping service was pretty bad. I paid for fast shipping in 48 hours and the stickers arrived 8 days later (when they arrived I didn't even need them...) it's better to take the normal shipping even if they take a month to arrive.

I ordered 2 new stoppers for my son's water bottle because he had broken the original stopper. Disappointed with both the order process (long delivery time, incomprehensible parcel tracking as it was indicated as "LĂ©a") and the reception of the 2 stoppers as they were in the box without any protective paper, an invoice, nothing. And the stoppers are extremely hard to close, impossible for a small child to give the necessary force to really clip the stopper, so the gourd always remains ajar. I'd already ordered quite a few labels from the site without any problem, but now I'm reluctant to recommend them, which is a shame.

Satisfied with the, but very disappointed with your after sales service. I have a problem with the late delivery. I ordered the labels on Wednesday 6/09, paying an extra charge (9.95 in total) for delivery in 24 hours. I received the labels on Tuesday 12/09. I sent you an email on Monday 11/09 about this and to date (Tuesday 19/09) I haven't seen any returns... an error in delivery, that can happen. But not replying to my email and not taking the necessary steps to rectify the situation is negligence.

I order regularly from this site and was very disappointed with my last order! - self-adhesive labels for clothes: in the end, they can't be stuck directly onto the fabric, but only onto a label, for example - "left-right" shoe labels ... I ordered 30, but ended up with 30 units and not 30 lots, given what I received ... and this wasn't explained when I added them to my basket and in the description, it says "sold in LOTS of 5", and they also sell simple shoe labels - I paid 2 extra for a tracked letter, which wasn't tracked because even today it's noted that my parcel will be picked up by the carrier even though I received it. But they reimbursed me for this.
