Very disappointed with the delivery times which. The are not mentioned at the time of ordering. Ordered on 22/08 to have the labels at the beginning of the school year. To date still not delivered. I sent 2 emails with no response. I ended up calling yesterday and my customer service representative was rushed and unpleasant! Having ordered from a competitor, I know how it works. Unfortunately I will no longer order from you even if some prices on certain products remain interesting. I prefer to pay a little more and have a more professional customer experience. Sincerely

Ordered two different labels which both came in the post about a week after ordering, in a lovely booklet with free fun stickers too. The stickers look great and my daughter loved them. Only negative would be that the stickers were a little difficult to take off the sheet without some tearing- possibly not cut enough for easy detachment from the sheet?
