I never received my order. I had made a request for express delivery which I paid 9.5 euros for. The parcel never arrived. Customer service reimbursed me the 9.5 euros but I still haven't received my parcel. I asked my neighbors if the deliveryman had gone to the wrong letterbox but they didn't receive anything.

The labels were delivered late. The maximum number of days (10 days) was not enough. The labels were probably also dried. The envelope with the contents was in poor condition.
