The labels are very nice and of very good quality but they do not meet the delivery times. They only meet them if you pay the express service of almost 10 euros and even then you write to them and they do not solve your problem. I placed the order on August 31 and to date I have not received anything.

I placed my ordered a month ago and still have not received it. I have contacted Petit-Fernand numerous times since my order was due and despite calls and emails, no one has bothered to get back to me. I am still waiting for either a call back or email or my order! My order wasn't cancelled and the money has been taken out of my account. There needs to be better customer service in place so if there is a long delay in the customer receiving their order we are fully aware.

Very long delivery time, poor quality. Does not stick to the triangular colored pencils. Also detach quickly from the edge of other pens. Shoe stickers do not hold well or for long. Very disappointing.
