I have ordered labels before and been happy with the quality, however, my most recent order the labels were not as clearly printed, the white font had bleeding/ smudging from the blue background. When I contacted customer service they stated it was not obvious from my photo (perhaps images are compressed when uploaded because I can clearly see it) and it was because the font was different from my previous order. I would expect the same level of print clarity from all font choices. I was not offered a reprint or refund but a discount off further purchases. With the risk of the same thing happening again I will buy from elsewhere in future.

After examining the photo you sent us, it appeared the colour and writing were exactly the same as what you ordered online. In this case, you were not offered a reprint of your order as they would have been printed exactly the same way as the first batch.
