I made a mistake between the self-adhesive labels and the termo-adhesive labels. Only 1 minute after the validation of the order and the online payment I sent an email to cancel my order or replace the labels and I received a response message 2 days later unacceptable "your order is already produced and shipped we can not ...." so the error is not allowed on your site. Customer service is not responsive. I do not recommend!

Very good quality labels at a reasonable price. For 140 special back-to-school labels it cost me 28 euros. What's more, at the time of production I received an e-mail informing me that I was missing heat-seal labels with a voucher, which enabled me to recommend what was missing without adding 1 cent.
