Delivery time not respected. Despite calls and emails. I had to run to the stores at the last minute to find the same kind of product, and again I had to write my daughter's name by hand. All of which took me an incredible amount of time. And I could have spent that time with my (sick) daughter, who was going to Switzerland with a medical team.
