Order never arrived. Not even an apology from you just that I could take it up with Royal Mail if I wanted to, as you don't provide any tracking details, this would be almost impossible. Very poor customer service!!!

Ordered placed on 7th off August, have still not received it. Contacted customer service twice about this and same response saying track it via your tracking number for Royal Mail. There dispatched email previoualy stated it was posted as standard letter via Royal mail "not tracked", so it doesn't have a tracking number. Poor customer service and have still not received order.

Hello Keith, I am very sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. If the order was placed on the 07th August 2023, then the latest delivery day should be on the 23rd August 2023. We are facing high demands at the moment and all requests will first be answered by the means of an automated email, prior to being answered by a physical person.
