I got the bento lunch box personalized for my son and he loved it. Very durable and high quality. I also got the variety of stick-ons offered on the website. It just took a while for delivery considering we are just neighbor countries. Them from France and me from Germany. Edit: my mistake, it's true that you can stick them on clothes. So I can't see any negative points about these labels. The labels are beautiful and of very good quality. Problem: on the video ad, you can see the labels stuck directly onto the garment. But in the instructions for use, it says not to stick on the garment, but on a label on the garment. As a result, the labels are too big, and I've had to cut them to fit just the name...

Hello Nina, Thank you for sharing your opinion! Indeed, we offer 2 types of labels: iron-on labels (the ones you ordered, rectangular format) which are stuck with the iron, directly on the garment, on the fabric, so you could have stuck them on the garment. Then there are the self-adhesive garment stickers (square format), which stick onto garment labels. As for the labels, nothing to say, they're rather pretty and of good quality. But I don't give them many stars because I didn't appreciate the way I was "not treated". My order was in a hurry, so I took the liberty of sending an e-mail to customer service asking whether or not it was possible to arrange for me to receive them before the final date (my son's christening). This is because the delivery time announced on the site is for production, not dispatch, but I realized this after I'd placed my order... I never got a reply! I find this unacceptable because I had a real problem, and the labels are expensive. They arrived on the morning of the christening, and I finally stuck them on the same day, so everything turned out fine (fortunately, the christening was actually taking place in my home). However, I'm still disappointed.
