The labels are very pretty, but on the clothes labels the writing is super small, although I chose the same font and color as the object labels (which sound great). You have to get really close to see who the garment belongs to, which isn't very practical for school, and I think I'm going to have to rewrite on them, which is a shame and loses its interest.

For the price of the products, the work isn't perfect: the labels decorating the tartine boxes have air bubbles, and one of the 6 had a small dent in the plastic. But the boxes are great to use, and the disingne are great for kids.

I do very well with the adhesive labels, although they do occasionally come off with washing even at low temperatures. I would have liked to order other items as well, such as the water bottle or the personalized bag, but for anything other than labels there is a flat fee for shipping that makes people give up on the order. Too bad indeed!

The labels are very pretty and arrive quickly. The ones for clothes and shoes are very practical and hold up well over time. This time, unfortunately, some of them are difficult to remove (poor pre-cutting). Some item labels are also too big.

Have always been satisfied so far, so have often reordered shoe labels. Placed a new order on 18.08.23. The confirmation email stated the usual processing time of 48 hours. The labels should have been sent by then. To date (24.08.23) no shipping confirmation received. The customer account states that the delivery should take place between 26.08.23 and 04.09.23. If the delivery arrives at the beginning of the specified period - ok, there can always be delays, but 04.09.23 is very late and incomprehensible. If you write an email to customer service, all you get back is a standardized reply with a reference to the 48-hour processing time and the subsequent shipping time by the postal service. Money has already been paid. Not really satisfactory.

However, I'm very disappointed with how well the labels hold up on clothes! They came off in the 1st wash, even though I followed all the instructions. The colors aren't as pretty as my previous orders (less choice and less quality) w In addition, the quality of the labels I bought this time is really inferior (they come off with difficulty and there are still bits of "glue" on the self-adhesive clothing labels). I found it unacceptable that this year my order was mixed up. I ordered two maternal packs and separate labels for my 9 year old, so there were three first names and instead of receiving 3 notebooks with their own labels, I received 4 and everything was mixed up inside. I had to unstrap everything to check the accuracy of my order and to dispatch to each their labels. I thought the service was a shame. The quality of the labels has always been top-notch, which is why I order them every year.

I've been a customer for many years, but in recent months the quality of iron-on labels has changed, and not for the better. The print is less sharp, coarser, more pixelated and less elegant, but also the quality of the backing is really less good, thinner, more plasticized, the label melts on the fabric losing its shape, it "dislocates" and drools. When I placed my second-to-last order, I thought it was a serial problem. I didn't want to make a complaint, as I'd already had to do one for a gourd (and the after-sales service had done a good job on that one), I didn't want to act like a never-satisfied customer, so I made do with these labels, which I was moderately satisfied with, hoping that it would be better with my future orders (with 3 children, I use a lot of labels). But with my new and latest order, I see that it wasn't just a serial defect, but a change in quality. So I don't think I'll be ordering again, as the result on the clothes is really unfortunate. It's a pity, because up to now I've been more than satisfied!
