On this occasion I have only given 3 stars due to an order mix up where I was sent somebody else's labels. I didn't like this as worried me somebody else had my child's name. I had to call twice to get this rectified & was offered no compensation/ discount for the mix up. However previous experiences have been very good.

Even after More than 2 days with the name sticker on most of them came off in the wash even one came of her gym shoes so will be going back to the plan iron on ones

They usually come off when applied on fabric, because they last at least 1 or 2 years when applied on the instruction labels of the garment.
