The petit-fernand site really saved my life when my daughter started kindergarten! I had to prepare all the layette properly labeled (or embroidered) and was looking for a simple and effective solution since I don't know how to embroider. A friend suggested this site where she herself had made purchases and I was really pleased with it. I was able to conveniently create my daughter's personalized name tag online with the design, color and font type I liked and within a few days everything arrived at my door! They sent me a pad with some adhesive labels and others that stick with the iron (complete with protective sheet to use with the iron) and some complimentary stickers. After more than a year of use, I can say that the thermoadhesive labels, that is, those that stick with the heat of the iron, are practically eternal: they have not been ruined in the slightest by washing in the washing machine. The adhesive ones, on the other hand, tend to peel off at the edges after a few months, but I replace them without a problem since I have a good supply of them. The petit-fernand site is really well done and allows with a few simple steps to personalize your materials with very nice labels. It is also possible to order baby items, such as water bottles, lunch-boxes, mugs , also freely customizable online. Adding to the ease of use of the site is the speed and reliability of shipping (which is from France). Highly recommended site indeed!

L'ordine non è arrivato e pur avendo segnalato l'accaduto al servizio clienti la mail di risposta è stata che sono spiacenti per l'inconveniente ma la spedizione è indipendente dal loro servizio. Ho mandato varie mail per richiedere il rimborso e/o nuovamente l'invio della merce con corriere espresso ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Pessima assistenza cliente, ritengo poco professionale un'azienda che non sceglie spedizionieri competenti e inaffidabili.
