I ordered for 2 children (not from the same family, so not the same name) and received everything in a single booklet. This made it difficult to detach the sheets without damaging them. My advice for next time is either to make a booklet for each child, or a system for detaching the sheets more easily.

I'm disappointed by my daughter's name tags. On the visual, her name was clearly visible with the chosen colors. On the real labels, it's very hard to read, it's very small and the colors don't make it easy to distinguish.

UPDATE: 14.8.23 Customer service has contacted me. I have asked for my delivery to be sent to me by express, as I can't wait another 14 for an order. Unfortunately, my request could not be granted! I now have my money back. But I am disappointed. I would have preferred the goods as they are really great. A real shame! And of course it's very easy to blame everything on the German postal service. Perhaps the French postal service also makes mistakes 😉 It's impossible to trace where the error lies, as the parcel is sent without tracking. I ordered on 31.7. According to the system, my order should arrive on 5.8. However, it also said that it could take up to 10 working days. I wonder how that can be? So I haven't received an order to date and have already contacted customer service after the 10 working days have expired. I received a standardized email. I contacted customer service again today. I will definitely use a different provider next time! School has been in session for a week and the teacher is causing me stress. You really don't need something like that.
