This is the second time I've ordered. I ordered for my first daughter and was very satisfied! Except that this time, I found all the labels in the machine... I contacted the customer service who was very reactive and sent me back a plate! I started again and it held. I recommend folding the self-adhesive labels in half around the garment label for greater coherence. The choice of colors and others are top notch. Fast delivery. We can only recommend this site!
