Ordered in the 1st June and received an email to say 2 days delay in production- fair enough. It is now 15 days on and their status says complete but I am yet to receive my order. I am gutted these have not arrived as it was for my sons nursery. I was excited to iron and stick everything on before his big first day and now I don't get that chance and the shine has been taken away! They don't answer and just automated responses to emails with no tracking details.

Shipping process depends on the provider and if for some reason the Royal Mail lost your order, unfortunately we, same as you are, can not not influence this but only be a victims of their services.
