I placed an order on August 11, it has not arrived and when I fill out the contact form they send me an automatic email. On their website it appears as delivered and not having paid the 2 tracking fees at the post office they tell me that they can not do anything. I think it's a scam that for not paying those 2 you lose your money and they don't give you a solution. I was about to place a second order because a friend of mine told me that the initial amount was too little and thank goodness I didn't do it. A week before starting school I have to look for another alternative to the race.

The package has not arrived despite the fact that I placed the order on August 2nd. The minimum after spending 18 eur on labels is that they include shipping tracking. If not they should not advertise it as free shipping. I will NOT recommend this site to my friends with children.

The delivery is very fast. My first order was for 100 iron-on labels. I glued them all and saw that they were very pretty, so I recommended the 100 new labels right away. Unfortunately, in the meantime I washed the bodies and the labels came off. I'm extremely disappointed because I didn't even think about them coming off.
