Very good product but received 2 weeks after ordering!!!! My son has already returned from the trip I ordered!

Good quality labels and fast shipping. Good follow-up communication with the customer. Big downside concerning the water bottle, whose cap is extremely difficult to close. When I spoke to other parents, they confirmed my feelings. They have bought elsewhere and I agree with them. I don't recommend buying water bottles.

Very happy with the order but less so with the reception, the choice, illustrations and materials are good but not adapted to my son's age. Gourd with a stopper that even an adult has trouble clipping and heavy! not practical! and lunch box too heavy with the ice bread! I had equipped myself for school picnics but in the end too much weight for my son of 4 years. So I'm keeping it for our family outings.

Lots of choice when it comes to labels. Beautiful motifs and colors. Fast shipping. But unfortunately the labels often come off during washing.

I've been ordering from your site for 1 year. I had no problems with my 1st order, but since then I've noticed a deterioration in the quality of the plastic covering the labels. It either rips off when the label is attached to the tag, or it comes off completely on shoe labels after only a few days.

The delivery was very fast

I ordered 2 personalized water bottles, in the first parcel I received only one, I made a complaint and in the second parcel I received the same water bottle but without stopper, and finally after my second complaint I received the second water bottle ordered. After fast and careful dispatch, reactive after-sales service but a pity.

Following my order, I'm a little disappointed with the rendering. The design (squirrel) is not well printed, it does not stand out much.

The product ordered did not arrive. After reporting the problem the refund arrived quickly.

Modern labels that stick really well. You can choose different styles. I don't find iron-on labels useful. The primary pack is good but I find the price a bit excessive (2 children so 2 packs) it would be nice to have a promo for that. I recommend

Very long waiting time, never happened to us before. Ordered the goods on 29.04.3023, transferred the money on 05.05.2023, the goods were sent on 10.05.2023 (3-10 working days) and I still haven't received the goods today (31.05.2023). This doesn't make me all that happy.

The labels were difficult to remove from the backing. After complaint + photos, the product was replaced and reshipped free of charge. That's all very well, but I didn't get the correct labels until 10 days later, which made it difficult for me to put them on the garments they were intended for.

The labels are easy to stick on and of good quality (I haven't washed the clothes yet), but a little difficult to peel off the display plate because the pre-cutting of the labels isn't quite right.

I made two successive orders because the interface was not clear. Apart from that, the products met my expectations.

I had ordered a set as a gift and various things for myself. I was very surprised when the order arrived and was completely mixed up. Some sheets from the set were completely loose. I now have to unravel the two booklets, sort everything and re-staple so that the things that belong together are together. A lot of fiddling and time that I would have liked to have saved myself. Very long delivery times

Quite pleased with my order but the coloured water bottle stoppers seem to be more fragile and broke after the 1st use.

The pictures are nice and the shipping is very fast but I'm disappointed because the labels don't fit on the clothes.

I've been ordering for my children for school and home (mainly labels). The idea is beautiful and clever. The downside is that the last time I ordered I had a 20% discount that I didn't take advantage of. Have a nice day!

Very slow service

The stickers are beautiful and come with a gift detail at the end of each booklet that we loved but I do not give more stars because I ordered for two different children and came badly bound, mixed, and not a whole booklet for each child. A bit of a disaster for the price, I don't know if I will repeat.

The labels didn't arrive on time. I had to find another solution (Amazon, ordered on Saturday and received on Sunday) to label my son's things before he left. This is due to an inconsistency in the display of delivery times on your site. When choosing the delivery method on the site, before paying for the order, the delivery time indicated by green letter is 2-4 days. Once the order has been paid for, the site indicates a delivery time of 3 to 10 days. I would have chosen chronopost if I'd known beforehand that it could take 10 days! I'm very disappointed.

I am always satisfied with the labels. However, I was surprised not to automatically benefit from the offer that was advertised on the site for my spontaneous order.
