Order still not received! Same problems as last year. First shipment unsuccessful. I now find myself without a label for my son's first day of school. The order was placed at the end of July, so I was well in time to have them at the start of the new school year, but once again I'm not.

Ordered placed on 7th off August, have still not received it. Contacted customer service twice about this and same response saying track it via your tracking number for Royal Mail. There dispatched email previoualy stated it was posted as standard letter via Royal mail "not tracked", so it doesn't have a tracking number. Poor customer service and have still not received order.

If I had read the reviews first I would never have purchased. I paid 2 extra to have trackable shipping and they send me an INEXISTENT number. They do not respond to emails. I will report this to the European dispute board. DO NOT BUY.
