Fast and easy ordering. Fast and careful delivery. Unfortunately, the iron-on labels were badly precut and did not come off easily. As a result, some were torn. As for the object labels, they're perfect.

I paid more for express delivery, but the product was delivered within the same time frame as standard delivery! My product arrived late and I paid more! What a shame!

There are labels that are difficult to read and do not hold up in the washing machine.

Product as described. Very attractive. However, the cap is really difficult to open for a child's bottle (my daughter is 3.5 years old).

Delivery times not respected

This isn't the first time I've ordered from them, but it's the second time it's taken more than 3 weeks to arrive. I'm up to 12 working days for a postal shipment. So I can't yet tell you if the work is well done, but I think it's too much, even if the post office isn't the fastest, they'll have to find another solution. 3 to 4 days seems reasonable to me, but no more.

I have already bought school trip kits from other brands. I find yours less suitable (not enough iron-on labels, no labels for shoes, no very small labels for small objects). The quality of the labels I receive is very good, however, and the colors are consistent.

Hello, There was a buzz after I paid for the order. Nothing appeared on my account about my orders, no confirmation email. I waited and refreshed the pages. There was nothing. So I started again and ended up with 2 identical orders and 60 labels. It really annoyed me.

Always so pleased with the products and the little surprise of the stickers! My son is delighted! However, the delivery time was longer than expected (6 working days), which was a shame for us this time!

I am satisfied with the clothing labels, which I have been ordering for years now. I order them for my two children and for a friend. This year the labels came in one package and this was not practical at all also because the sheets to iron the labels on the clothes were only a couple and I had to push the package to give my friend hers. Sorry that the crisis has hit here too......

On my first orders, the greaseproof paper was included in the booklet with the labels. It's a pity that this is no longer the case...

I've ordered a few packs in the past and they have always worked really well. I don't know if I have a bad batch or what but they aren't staying stuck to new cotton pants I bought my son. They come off in the wash.

It takes a long time to arrive. The stickers cost enough to separate them to take them one at a time. Difficult.

I can't order on a small label

I have always ordered and received everything with exceptional punctuality.But this last order I never received it. .I contacted customer service and an automated response reminded me that I could make a complaint 10 days after the order. It had been 25.I wrote a new email.customer service will send my order back. Let's hope well.

Occasionally a label washes off, but if you want to resell a garment you can remove the label. Also very practical are the shoe labels, the object labels and the labels in small print I put on my son's glasses sir la branche!

I'm always very happy with the multitude of possible combinations on the label products. I usually order for school supplies. This time I wanted to test the one for clothes. But some of them are already sorry after the first wash and end up in the drum of the washing machine. It's a shame. But I am glovally satisfied.

All the labels peel off the backing very badly, they stick. the transparent film on top wasn't cut correctly for the size of the labels, it's a pain to remove. and this isn't the 1st time i've ordered, previous times went well.

I'm taking off two stars because I paid for a rather expensive express delivery in 24 hours and my order arrived in 5 days. When I called to be reassured a nice lady answered, the call went well. It's true that I live in Holland but after updating my address I was told that my order would still arrive in 24h... However, my order arrived on time, i.e. the day before the christening. The self-adhesive labels are of excellent quality!

I ordered the kindergarten pack for my niece. Nothing to say about the labels. They are great. I had already ordered them for my daughter 1 year ago and they are great for both her clothes and school stuff. The only little problem (this time) is that the pack of labels arrived in a "silly" paper envelope. The letter carrier dropped it off on a rainy day, so everything got wet. Fortunately, the labels weren't too badly damaged. Perhaps we could rethink the way we send them, with a different type of envelope.

The site is easy to use and pay for. It's quick to create a label and very easy to customize. The format corresponds to my expectations. The labels are easy to use. The only downside, and it's a big one when it comes to the labels you put on your clothes, is that they don't wash well. They peel right off after the first wash!

My stickers didn't arrive at first and when I got them there were 30 instead of 40.

Beautiful labels that hold up well. I love the thin mini-labels. Green question: why just 10 labels on a huge white self-adhesive page. Wouldn't there be a way to save all that sticky stuff we print?

I placed 2 orders for labels. The first was perfect, but in the second the labels were very badly pre-cut and therefore difficult to use. Several could not be used. I would hesitate to recommend

Hello, have now tried the new stickers and unfortunately have to say that after washing all the stickers are washed off. I wanted to ask if they could be replaced. I'm going to try different ones because I have so much to do with 3 children and new stickers after every wash is not an option. I've had some from Amazon on my clothes for 6 months and they still hold. MfG

I expected it to be printed on fabric or at least a more durable material than paper. It is a simple label that can be found in any stationery store. It must be said, however, that the customer service department promptly stepped in to resolve my concerns.

To be honest, I didn't realize that there are only 30 stickers for the price. Unfortunately, I think it's quite expensive. Unfortunately, I can't say whether the stickers will last when washed.

I got the labels for kindergarten. They are made well, they are very nice. But the thermal ones don't look very wash resistant to me ??

The stickers are very nice. I ordered for two children. Unfortunately, the stickers were delivered in a booklet, which is a bit difficult as I wanted to give them away separately. Now I have to take the booklet apart and it no longer looks so nice. What a pity.

Iron-on labels are pretty but come off too quickly. Not suitable for wool or nylon.

Spare parts seem too expensive to me. Since you can buy similar bottles for the price of one of your caps, for example.
