Very long delivery time and outrageous prices. I ordered stickers for shoes. I was told 10 would arrive. However, 5 pairs of stickers actually arrived. This information is misleading. It makes no sense to use them individually! So it's 1.20 euros per pair of shoes. For stickers! I cannot yet judge the quality.

I ordered the goods on 29.5.23 with express delivery in 48 hours for an extra 9.50 surcharge. On 02.06.23, 4 days later, you marked the goods as shipped. It arrived on 06.06.23. By then it was already too late and our son was already on a school trip. I don't think it's right to demand 7 days and an express delivery surcharge for this. Very happy with the order but less so with the reception, the choice, illustrations and materials are good but not adapted to my son's age. Gourd with a stopper that even an adult has trouble clipping and heavy! not practical! and lunch box too heavy with the ice bread! I've been ordering from your site for 1 year. I had no problems with my 1st order, but since then I've noticed a deterioration in the quality of the plastic covering the labels. It either rips off when the label is attached to the tag, or it comes off completely on shoe labels after only a few days.
