I ordered 2 personalized water bottles, in the first parcel I received only one, I made a complaint and in the second parcel I received the same water bottle but without stopper, and finally after my second complaint I received the second water bottle ordered. Very long waiting time, never happened to us before. Ordered the goods on 29.04.3023, transferred the money on 05.05.2023, the goods were sent on 10.05.2023 (3-10 working days) and I still haven't received the goods today (31.05.2023). This doesn't make me all that happy.
