Water bottles are terrible quality. One arrived broken and had a terrible customer service experience trying to get a refund, which didn't happen. Very cheap quality and the iron labels have become so too.

Dear Lara, thank you taking your time to write this review. You contacted our customer service regarding the bottle cap that arrive damaged. We apologised for the damage during the transportation and send you the new cap free of change. This confirmation was made 3 days ago. We can not send the free replacement and issue the refund same time, it could be either one or another option. None of your orders since 2019 contains any iron-on labels and you never mentioned any issue previously with the labels until we refused to refund the order and simultaneously resend it. Nevertheless, if you will have any issue with our products in the future, we are happy to assist at any time. We hope your daughter will keep enjoying the products and wishing you all the best! I placed my order on the 13th January with my order being shipped on the 16th January and to date I am still yet to receive my order.

Haven't received my order, ordered over 8 days ago. Didn't receive a tracking number as stated. Needed these before my son started nursery. And on the website it said 2-3 days shipping.
