I never received the labels, and despite a message to notify the team, no response!
Still havnt received my order
Haven't received my order, ordered over 8 days ago. Didn't receive a tracking number as stated. Needed these before my son started nursery. And on the website it said 2-3 days shipping.
Really bad store,rude saleswoman aesthetically very ugly store,dangerous location because it is on the side of the road.
The gourd itself is a very good product, too bad the cap is of very poor quality. I'm on my second broken cap, which I really regret because I love the container and the personalization. But I can't spend all my time buying new caps at 8 euros (an excessive price given the lack of quality) all the time, so I'm forced to change brands.
Sticky, "branded" or "care advice" labels don't stick and wash off in the 1st wash. Very disappointed

Ordered over a month ago and still haven't had it delivered
I've been a customer for about three years, and in mid-December I placed an order for labels. Since I still hadn't received anything in January, I sent an e-mail to find out what had happened, and they suggested that I see if my neighbors and friends hadn't received my order (a simple envelope, not a parcel). According to the site, it would have come from the post office...... And of course, unfortunately for me, I still haven't received anything!!!!

Hello, last time I ordered labels for 3 different children, as a gift, and I received all 3 in the same booklet. I made photocopies of the instructions for the 3 moms, and detached the 3 packages, which was not presentable. Too bad

Labels peel off in first wash
I am so disappointed with my labels this year. With four children I have used this company for years for my labels. However, the iron-on labels have changed since my last purchase. Despite following the updated instructions, all my labels have come off within three washes. Previously they have been indestructible and stayed on all year through weekly washing and tumble drying. I also wrote an e-mail with feedback but sadly received no response. I unfortunately be looking for a new provider due to the reduced quality.
Labels bought for 5 children, two of them for Christmas presents! The joy of the children when they discovered the pretty labels. The patience of having to wait 48 hours to be able to use the garment, then the big disappointment and tears when the princess labels didn't fit on the clothes! I already found the sale misleading because you have to stick the label on the label of the garment and not on the garment itself, but on top of that, it doesn't fit!!!! Big disappointment and I don't recommend it at all! It's a shame because I'm a foster parent, so I very, very regularly buy labels from a competitor. I wanted to change because the children had seen some nice designs and well, a waste of money!!!!
Product arrived soaking wet and when dried out sticky had obviously stopped being sticky so not too impressed. ordered b4 and no issues but not good post wise x

Hello, I'm still waiting for my delivery!
The Christmas labels wouldn't come off the backing, so they tore. The decorations to stick on the windows are not as shown in the photos, some labels are missing. Very disappointed with my order

Product already purchased and very satisfied the first time but on my last order the labels do not stick to the clothes
I placed an order in October which never arrived. I wrote to the after-sales service who explained to me that they had delivery delays. After more than 2 months I asked for a refund, but have received no reply.
Very disappointed, I placed an order for a 48 hour delivery, I'm a week and a day down the line and I still haven't received anything. I call and they tell me it's impossible to get a refund. I will never order from this site again.

I haven't received anything... this is my 2nd order without delivery!
I never received the labels, after several complaints I was told to send them by registered mail, but nothing happened.
My order placed on the 13th of November has still not arrived!
The labels don't just stick to the clothes, you have to iron them with an iron for a few seconds. Sometimes the clothes burn because the iron sticks to them. If I had known this beforehand, I would never have ordered these labels. Contacting customer service didn't help either, as they explain how to iron the labels onto the clothes. Very helpful ?? P.S. I have already contacted customer service and they only explain how to put the labels on the clothes, as you do in your reply, but don't offer any other labels to stick on.
Of the 5 packs ordered, 1 is unusable because the images don't peel off. The numbers on the stickers are missing on some stickers, and on others they're so crooked that I had trouble knowing which number went with which image. What's more, you have to search for the assembly instructions with a QR code, and once you're on the site, there are only product titles without images, and the titles aren't written on the packs. It's a bit tricky to find out which one matches

Express delivery is totally misleading and in my eyes a cheek. 9.90 for getting the package faster. But in the small print it says express delivery (within 48 hours) only from the time the package was sent. So 10 euros paid for nothing.

More than 20 days from order to receipt at home. It had not happened before but I had to claim it twice.
First and last time with this company: The ordering interface is quite intuitive and nice. But then everything went wrong! The order never arrived and you're asked to wait and wait. For a letter that was supposed to arrive in a day (supposedly priority rate), you were asked to wait 2 weeks (lol, face file...) horrible customer service by phone and cgu...apart from a "I can't help it, it's not our fault...no refund possible until the 10 working days have passed, ah yes I understand...sorry" In short, the refund works...fortunately...between 7 and 10 days...but site to flee from. Order shipped November 3...she must not want to come back from the North Pole! Yours Santa! Ps: thank you for your reply, incredible customer service, we understood that the order had been misplaced! The problem is your reactivity and your way of getting sidetracked... "oh the order is lost, we don't care...and we leave you in the lurch!!!! Hey have a nice day too!
Order has not arrived
Customer claim made and no returns. Label size was wrong.
I am so sorry but since I placed an order on October 29 specifying the address well but I did not receive anything then viewing the order message it does not say the address but only the country the recipient and the house number. Is it not right to pay in advance without receiving the requested material ??
