I ordered two personalized Goudes 6 months ago. The drawings don't hold, the first names fade and one arrived with part of the drawing already damaged. I'm disappointed with the quality and price. At the price of personalization I thought at least to have quality and it is not the case. I'm disappointed with this purchase.

Delivery took a very long time. Product is not double-sided, which means that the window stickers can only be seen indoors. Very disappointed. Just look like white splodges from the other side.

Regarding the delivery time, it took all together 8 working days due to the strikes on the post and busy Christmas period. Usually, it is in a frame of 2-6 working days. The quality of the labels has gone down. I have been using them for years and in this latest batch they have changed. They are no longer integrated with the fabric and are stiff, so that they are uncomfortable when in contact with the skin.
