I am still waiting for my order and have had no response from customer service via email (they say will respond within 24 hours but haven't) and when I ring it says all agents are busy and to contact them via email. Whilst I acknowledge this is still within the advised delivery time (I ordered 8 days ago) I would really like an update on when I should receive them as required for nursery start date next week. I think the website is misleading in that it advertises they are ësent within 48 hours' which made me assume that even if sent second class I would receive the order within a week. It was only when I received the order confirmation email that it said delivery time was 2-10 working days so 2.5 weeks from ordering. I think it should be much clearer at the point of ordering how long the delivery process is as if I'd known I'd have chosen a different company where I'd be guaranteed to receive it within a week of ordering. Disappointed.

Hi Katharine, thank you for your review. We are sincerely sorry if you had to wait for your order more than 8 working days and that we were unable to answer within 24 hours on your inquiry. We experienced a lot of demands at the same time and therefor it took us longer to answer everyone. We advice on our website that all our products are customized and produced within a maximum of 2 working days. The delivery time for priority mail or parcel is between 2 and 6 working days after dispatch (which itself takes place on the 3rd day after the order at the latest). The postal delivery times may unfortunately vary and are given as an indication. It is generally necessary to wait 10 days before opening a claim with our partners. We make a note with the indication of delivery time on the payment page. We hope you still enjoy our products!!!
