Nice designs and easy to order but iron on labels had peeled off after 1 wash despite following instructions

After years of supporting this business, one order was not as it should be. The labels weee coming off on every wash unlike previous times. Instead of helping me out or trying to rectify the issue after I bought it to their intention, I was told they would not resend the item at their expense. Wonderful customer service! I'm response to your reply below
I ordered them well in advance for the new academic year and new uniform, so hence I ordered them in July but they were not put to use until September! So yes
you should review this. It is a product not doing its job. EVERY stick is coming off a very expensive private school uniform. Your further response justifies my comment on terrible service!

Most stickers came off after a month. Customer service couldn't help as I had bought in advance. Wouldn't purchase again, followed instructions and only left with a few which are half on.
