Very disappointed with this site. First order two years ago, a personalized water bottle for nearly 25 euros, and it leaked from the cap. We requested a replacement for it, but the leak persisted! We ended up buying a bottle on Amazon that cost three times less and did not leak! Two weeks ago, we decided to give it another try by ordering name labels for objects and clothing before the first school year. Order of 30€ for iron-on labels, and nearly half of them came off after only 10 days, despite strictly following the application instructions. Move along...
