Unfortunately, I have not yet received an order for our daughter (although it was supposed to have been sent) ... it was supposed to be a gift for the start of school and has long since been paid for by bank transfer. I must say that the Customer service of this company is really outstanding. After receiving the product, I was not very satisfied because some of the labels were found to be low in adhesion. I was contacted immediately by Customer Service who found the defect to be low adhesion and proceeded to send me new labels. The product is durable as well as very nice graphics.
