Water bottles are terrible quality. One arrived broken and had a terrible customer service experience trying to get a refund, which didn't happen. Very cheap quality and the iron labels have become so too.

We apologised for the damage during the transportation and send you the new cap free of change. This confirmation was made 3 days ago. We can not send the free replacement and issue the refund same time, it could be either one or another option. None of your orders since 2019 contains any iron-on labels and you never mentioned any issue previously with the labels until we refused to refund the order and simultaneously resend it. You announce 48 to 72 hours, but in fact it's the time it takes to prepare your parcel, not the time it takes to receive your order. The gourd itself is a very good product, too bad the cap is of very poor quality. I'm on my second broken cap, which I really regret because I love the container and the personalization. I've been a customer for about three years, and in mid-December I placed an order for labels. Since I still hadn't received anything in January, I sent an e-mail to find out what had happened, and they suggested that I see if my neighbors and friends hadn't received my order (a simple envelope, not a parcel).
