I am still waiting for the product, when I was initially told that I would have it in 72 hours and then I was told 3 to 10 working days. I am still waiting after more than three weeks of ordering. We bought 2 stoppers for the personalized water bottles, because the one we had broke after a water bottle fall (while cycling). The bottles are great, pretty and of good quality. The only "snag" is the cap, which is very difficult to open and close (the clip on the top) AND, also, once open (cap up), it's also very hard to turn the "neck" to the open position so that the water can dry out. In any case, a child can't do it on his own before 4-5 years old, I'd say (my 6-year-old son, who's starting first grade, just got there this year). It's a real pity, because the purpose of a water bottle is to enable the child to drink independently (and this is true from kindergarten onwards, especially for after-school activities, day-care, school outings, picnics and so on). After that, the advantage is that when the gourd is properly closed, it's really watertight, but then, for that to happen, the child has to be able to close it again, which isn't the case 🙁 Perhaps you could find a simpler, watertight system for our little ones' hands?
