Unfortunately this time the labels have came off the garments. Last year they stayed on my son's uniform the whole year and for some reason quite a few have came off already (he only started back at school last week).

So the designs are really very nice, but unfortunately the name labels don't last very well, school hasn't even started yet and one part has already come off again, which is a shame! Unfortunately, I haven't seen this from other suppliers.

The labels are perfect, as are the children's wishes. It's a shame, though, that they don't hold on to the crayons and markers. I had to add sticky paper. But that won't stop me from recommending them.

I wanted plain stickers with no logo and couldn't see where I could order these so in the notes I wrote what I requested. When they arrived they came with the logo and I was told the message I had written was only read at the packing stage. It would of been useful to know this (maybe a note by the box to say it won't be read until then) as I wouldn't have ordered them or would have sent the message some other way.

The labels are nice however 2 orders from them, 2 incomplete... They send back what is missing but no commercial gesture for the loss of time... Once it can happen, 2 times it starts to happen when it's an urgent order, I took care of it in advance but here... I won't order a 3rd time!

Only on my orders of the last 2 years I've had problems, not the right number of labels requested, some quite numerous that don't come off the booklet properly. Each time, the after-sales service was difficult to contact and there was no solution. That didn't stop me from ordering this year. But I think it's a real shame.
