I ordered 30 iron on name labels for my toddler's clothes. They look great and arrived in decent time. They don't stay on the clothes. I followed the instructions provided, but most of the labels have come off after one wash. Very disappointed and waste of my money.

Great stickers but staples are through stickers which is a bit disappointing

Nicely designed and easy to use iron-on labels with fast shipping, however after ironing the labels on they came off after one wash. I am going to try re-ironing the ones that are still half on and see if they stay on this time.

Dear Amy, please get in touch with us on [email protected] for replacement and be sure to follow the correct steps as per below: 1. Use a regular household iron with no steam on and put it on the cotton setting (200°). 2. Remove the iron-on name label from its backing and place it on desired area of clothing. Then cover the name label with the provided protective paper (but you can also use greaseproof paper). 3. Once the iron has reached the right temperature (200°, or equivalent of the cotton/linen setting), press it on the paper very firmly for 12 seconds (without moving and without steam), then peel the protective paper off carefully. 4. If peeling off, your iron mustn't be hot enough. Try putting it on the linen mode.
