They peel off very quickly for my taste if you put it on clothes that are not washed very well, but if you stick it on clothes that need to be washed a lot, it will peel off in no time.

Nice selection of labels and simple design and the delivery time was as promised. Unfortunately, the iron-on labels do not stick to the clothes despite following the instructions exactly. They peel off after the first wash and the corners are already coming loose again on unworn clothes. I hope that at least the labels for the shoes hold as promised.

Are you sure you have followed all the instructions for use? https://www.esistmeins.de/etiketten-kleben-aufbuegeln Set the iron to 200°C (cotton/linen setting, no steam) and wait a few minutes before using it. Ironing labels are applied directly to the garment. Caution: avoid elastic areas and seams. If all the instructions for use have been followed and the problem persists, please send us photos of the labels that are not sticking and of the item to which you want to apply the labels. We will then be able to better understand the problem and help you further.

Made order on July 16,to date nothing has arrived. I wrote to the customer service ,they replied that they were sorry for the disservice caused by the postal services,I requested either a refund or again a postponement of the order since I had already paid and never received anything. They rescheduled my order on the 28th and today August 2 they finally arrived. I am sorry that they outsource shipments to the post office which is more times the mail does not arrive than the times it does. I don't blame Petit because it didn't arrive the first time,but I recommend them to change couriers.

I'm really pleased with the fabric snack bags and the labels to stick on school supplies. Very good quality and very pretty! On the other hand, I'd strongly advise against iron-on labels for clothes ... after several years with a competitor's brand, I wanted to change models (always very pretty) but the labels come off in the first wash (I stuck them on properly). I'm really disappointed with this product!

I am still waiting for my order and have had no response from customer service via email (they say will respond within 24 hours but haven't) and when I ring it says all agents are busy and to contact them via email. Whilst I acknowledge this is still within the advised delivery time (I ordered 8 days ago) I would really like an update on when I should receive them as required for nursery start date next week. I think the website is misleading in that it advertises they are ësent within 48 hours' which made me assume that even if sent second class I would receive the order within a week. It was only when I received the order confirmation email that it said delivery time was 2-10 working days so 2.5 weeks from ordering. I think it should be much clearer at the point of ordering how long the delivery process is as if I'd known I'd have chosen a different company where I'd be guaranteed to receive it within a week of ordering. Disappointed.

We experienced a lot of demands at the same time and therefor it took us longer to answer everyone. We advice on our website that all our products are customized and produced within a maximum of 2 working days. The delivery time for priority mail or parcel is between 2 and 6 working days after dispatch (which itself takes place on the 3rd day after the order at the latest). The postal delivery times may unfortunately vary and are given as an indication. It is generally necessary to wait 10 days before opening a claim with our partners. We make a note with the indication of delivery time on the payment page. We hope you still enjoy our products!!!

....order made on July 8, sent email for information about it on July 16, today July 20 not even a response. If the package is late no problem it can happen, but in front of a delay I expect in the first place that they warn me and at least respond to email, now I do not know if it will ever arrive. I hope they don't take the time to respond on truspilot and not to my email. Update: after the review the email response also arrived, and the envelope a few days later. I repeat myself, delay can happen however the email response should be faster.

So far very satisfied with the site, I had a bad experience recently. I received an order from someone else. I did what was necessary to have my order returned. I received square self-adhesive labels with a thin white font that was almost illegible on a green background. I wish the site could have prevented us from making such a choice. I wrote to the brand's customer service department but never received a return. As for the iron-on labels, they come off very often, which is dangerous for a small child who could choke on them. Not really suitable for nurseries, I think!
