1 because there is no less. They never arrived and yes it is true that I was refunded after 2 weeks but still I needed them and I had to reorder them a month before school started. Shipping with someone better than Italian post office, no!!!?

After years of supporting this business, one order was not as it should be. The labels weee coming off on every wash unlike previous times. Instead of helping me out or trying to rectify the issue after I bought it to their intention, I was told they would not resend the item at their expense. Wonderful customer service! I'm response to your reply belowÂ… I ordered them well in advance for the new academic year and new uniform, so hence I ordered them in July but they were not put to use until September! So yesÂ… you should review this. It is a product not doing its job. EVERY stick is coming off a very expensive private school uniform. Your further response justifies my comment on terrible service!

The truth seems to me very bad customer service, I bought to try and according to that order more because my child needs many labels, but it will be a month and I do not get the order, and I wrote informing them and they only said that I wait until 29/09 that if it does not come back to write them when I think you should follow up if you have already been informed that there is an anomaly with the order that does not arrive, Their advertising says 6 to 8 days and I already have 25 days waiting and not only that I wrote them on instagram and they say they will contact me and nothing, I see zero interest in the customer only sell and do not care about what one claims.

Bad. Order sent September 16, 2022, transfer arrived September 18 labels mia arrived. They sent the order to my home address and not the address I specified for sending the labels. When I pointed out the error they also asked me for money to send it back. Really unprofessional.

Most stickers came off after a month. Customer service couldn't help as I had bought in advance. Wouldn't purchase again, followed instructions and only left with a few which are half on.
