The website stated that the order wold be delivered in 48 hours however I still havent received the order after 10 days. The order was a first day school gift which I have already missed. I am disappointed. I would suggest a tracking service so the customers could always know when to expect delivery even its late.

The product is correct, but the delivery time is too long. On the web, at the beginning, they indicate 24-48h and when you make the purchase and see the conditions they already indicate that the delivery can take up to 10 days. Which is true, the product arrives in 10 days or more. It is a little confusing and perhaps misleading to indicate at first that the time is 24-48h because it is not. I also missed knowing where my order was because at 24-48h they tell you that it is produced but until 10 days or more you do not hear anything.
