I am disappointed with the quality of the new stickers I bought. They peel off after every wash so they are single-use. The stickers I ordered 2 years ago are still on my clothes and do not peel off, and the current ones I bought about a month ago fall off after the first wash at 30 degrees.

Unfortunately, although the labels they sell are nice and well made, the company and the structure in charge of shipping and customer contact leaves a lot to be desired. This is not the first time I buy from Petit Fernand. already last year the first order did not reach its destination. I had to write to get a new shipment. This year the same story. It just so happens that the first order turns out to be lost with the courier and like last year, it will never even arrive late to its destination. Very bad customer service that despite my reports did not take charge of the delay and inconvenience (school labels bought in August and arrived when school started already three weeks ago!). Given the very bad experience for two consecutive years I will not buy from this company again. If you are unable to handle a shipment to Italy do not advertise your products in Italy!
