I've been ordering my kids' labels from this site for a while now. The labels are very good, they stick pretty well and resist washing. But the only downside, for which I'm only giving 3 stars, is the delivery time! 10 days for delivery is particularly long. You don't want to run out at home, so anticipate your needs!

It took two weeks for the stickers to be shipped and then I didn't even receive them. This caused a lot of inconvenience as I needed the stickers as soon as possible. I happily accepted a refund after contacting customer care about the failed delivery and they were helpful and efficient at dealing with my issue.

Really nice labels & fonts to choose from. Unfortunately, an iron on label fell off after washing an item just once. I'd prefer them not to feel as plastic & shiny also. The look is great though, especially being able to choose the same colour background as the item of clothing.

Very happy at first. However, I have been using only stick-on labels for bottles or bags from the booklet so far. Now my daughter goes to school, I started using the ironed-on labels and the stick-on labels onto the actual garments label, and these don't stay! The first started to be wrinkly and eventually came off after a few washes, the latter also goes eventually after washes, but also can't cope with Napisan wash! What's the point! I feel like going back to old-fashion labelling and stitching fabric labels onto clothes. At least they would stay in place and can be removed when it's time to give away or sale! I'll stick to the stick-on labels for items only. Those are great!

When I booked the order it was mentioned 7-10 days to get it . Only after I made payment later in week when I was following up on email I got to know it will b longer than the expected period and I left UK to travel back to my home country . I had to then arrange someone to pick it from sis in law and have it reach me and I eventually got it today Â… Appreciate this is updated upfront so customer can decide before paying . Now that I received the items all looks great , however on bottle I see there is some paint faded already when I took it from box which is shocking to see on new product

Lots of choice in personalization, lots of items on offer, which is great, but the labels don't wash well (for those to be ironed on), or come off (for those to be stuck on), even though I wash at 30 degrees. It's a real shame.

I liked the ease of the website, the designing of them (not thousands of choices which is good) delivery was good, the product is nice but I'm disappointed when you remove them from the backing sheet. They seem strong but they misshape when you remove them from the adhesive backing sheet which is a tad annoying, it doesn't sit neat/straight on my items. It's like it's not really cut properly. Everything good prior just a slight disappointment with the removing of labels.
