I can confirm that your order was manufactured within the agreed 48 hours and delivered to the postal service on 1st of February with priority rate. The delivery time should take from 2 to 6 working days. It is possible that the delivery time may be longer due to the problems encountered by the postal services, but given the time that has passed, your order should already have reached you. Could you please confirm to the customer service that the address you gave when you placed your order is correct? We will remanufacture and send your labels on our cost to the confirmed address.
