Thank you very much, I have been using their services for 4 years without any problems. But this year my order was opened in the mailbox and some labels were missing. I made a notification to customer service. The customer service was responsive and gave me a solution quickly. Thank you

Everything was really great except for the shipping. The package left in the mailbox got all wet as it was just a simple paper envelope. Fortunately, the internal labels were saved because they were laminated. However, I recommend using a plastic envelope.

I had placed an order on August 24 to receive my order on time for the start of school, unfortunately it was lost, the customer service was responsive and a new one was sent. I received it yesterday so I am disappointed not to have had it for the start of school, I had to manage, but the after-sales service was great! Thank you
