I never received the order placed, no response from customer service

Order placed at the beginning of September, invoiced on 05/09. Email sent on 21/09 to say I still hadn't received anything...To date still no reply or labels!

I have used the service for a couple of years. The labels are very nice, although the thermoadhesive ones tend in some cases to come off if you use the dryer. The wait time for delivery has always been quite long, but this year, after placing my order on Sept. 3 and paying in advance, nothing has arrived. I wrote to customer service asking for a refund: I was simply told that for them the order had departed regularly. After a second reminder e-mail I received no response so I would advise against the purchase, especially for the lack of attention to customer problems, not to mention the impropriety of not getting a refund. Very bad service.

After more than 20 days waiting for my order to arrive, which I needed, and it did not arrive, I call to see what is happening and the answer is that the delivery people must have lost it, that they will send it to me again if I want it but I have to wait again for the stipulated time.

I purchased the names to put on the clothes but after a month I still have not received anything. Despite writing for assistance I was not given any support Well I would say I will not buy from this site again let alone recommend it No tracking No assistance No chance to get my money back

I have placed an order three weeks ago and I haven't received anything. Good that you know taking peoples money. I have sent you an e- mail two days ago to see my order status and still no answer. Don't recommend this brand. Very bad.

Good morning, I am unable to review the products ordered on September 7 because as of today I have not received them. I remain waiting for a response from customer service.

I never received the product. Customer support responds to emails very late.

I have used their services several times. Last time, the order does not arrive after now 20 days. Customer service think that just be nice without thinking "out of the box" and solve my problem. I asked for the order number 2 times and still don't have the answer. Bad!

The stickers I ordered and paid for in advance, after more than a month after ordering and two emails from me requesting verification of shipment, never arrived. I was told that the shipment of my order was split in two as some items took longer to prepare, but so far only part of the order has arrived. The shipment tracking system should definitely be changed.

My evaluation is negative. I placed the order on 08/09/21 to date I have not received the goods

Bad... I ordered more than 20 days ago, to date still no labels, what's more if I contact customer service they don't answer me except with a standardized email that doesn't answer my questions... too bad because it's not the first time I order from them but it had always gone well. non-existent support!

What you order does not arrive after waiting for a long time.

The labels peel off after the first wash. They barely stick to the garment when ironed on. I had to iron them several times to get them to stick, but it didn't work.

I don't understand...the red label has faded on my son's Karate suit...and it has not been faded from another garment I have washed it only in the washing machine...I would like you to give me an answer from the company as to how it can be that it stains the clothes...I am disappointed.

Very bad! they don't answer questions, they are not timely, they snagged the order handling and they don't want to cancel the order.

I can't comment on the product because it never arrived on time, I claimed several times until I got a refund, actually it saddens me because I had very good references about the product.

Poor service. Labels ordered on 06/09 worth 23.80 AND never arrived. I contact support and they give auto generated answers I send email and no one responds. I have not resolved and have not received the items ordered. If I knew beforehand I would not even visit the site.
