As much as I love the quality of the labels, I was very disappointed with the customizable bag. I ordered one last year with the flocking printed directly onto the fabric, which made it easier to wash and more qualitative because the ink didn't bleed through. However, I recommended the same bag this year and the flocking is a plastic horror that crumbles on the 1st wash. I'm very disappointed - it's my daughter's dirty laundry bag for the nursery, so it has to be washed regularly - I ordered it specially with personalization so that her first and last names could be displayed directly on the bag and on the 1st wash the plastic flocking comes off. Pochon therefore unusable for its intended purpose. I strongly advise against it and expect a gesture from the teams, as it's clearly not qualitative compared to 2020.

The labels are beautiful. I took two stars off because they took 15 days to arrive. Perhaps it would be better to allow customers to choose tracked express delivery with a contribution to shipping costs. Or provide free tracked expedited delivery for purchases over a certain amount (also considering the fact that they are not exactly cheap...) Sincerely
