It looked really good, so I ordered 90 thermo-adhesive labels. But after 4 washes, I already had about ten labels that had come off. I did follow the instructions on how to stick them on, but too bad.

Hello, I am sorry to put this rating, the labels are very nice but I was surprised by the shipping time. In my case I placed the order on 1/9 and received it around 17/9, when the schools had already started and I had to find a Plan B for myself. Surprisingly the letter did not arrive in a package but by ordinary letter to my home address. In my opinion these delivery times are not very competitive considering that the competition arrives in 48h (e.g. stikets). The shipment took almost 10 working days, nothing exceptional, as it is indicated on the website, but there was no tracking number or anything. I think it is a normal postal package and I do not know what would happen if the goods are lost. I think it is preferable to add the option of charging something more to the customer but be able to have a tracking number. On the other hand the product. The object stickers are fine, they hold up well. The labels on the clothes I ironed them according to instructions and several of them have already been lost along the way and I had to put them back on.... My experience has not been very gratifying. I was encouraged to buy because I had heard good reviews, but the truth is that I do not think I will buy again on this website.

Second purchase quite disappointing. While the adhesive labels for objects are perfect, colorful, easy to peel off and apply, with strong grip so much so that they do not come off even after repeated washes in the dishwasher (ed. cups, water bottles etc.), the labels for clothes, either adhesive or iron-on, are far from satisfactory. The former adhere well but already come off after 2-3 washes in the washing machine; the latter, those to be applied with iron, are really insufficient. Apart from the fact that 12 seconds are not enough but it takes 20 seconds, they still come off at the first wash, really of little use. I highly recommend all the adhesive labels especially for objects, but definitely not the ones for clothes.

Self-adhesive labels for objects are really great. But iron-on labels aren't what they used to be. They sometimes come off even after a single wash. When I first ordered them, they melted perfectly into the fabric and didn't peel off. With the last two orders, the quality is no longer there: they come right off the ribs, whatever the type of fabric! I go to the competition for iron-on, but not for self-adhesive.

I've ordered in the past and was very happy with the labels I received, but I was very disappointed with my latest order (N°1001661082). The labels arrived in board form, not pre-cut. I had to cut them myself with scissors in order to use them. I sent an e-mail 2 weeks ago but got no reply, so I tried to send one again but the "send" button didn't work. I then sent a message by messenger 4 days ago which also went unanswered. So I wouldn't recommend this site, because in the event of a problem, there's no telephone number and no one replies to e-mails.

My rating of mediocre does not refer to the quality of the products, which are indeed very good and beautiful. It is referring to the organization and customer service, which is not very diligent. In my case, I paid for 3 items in this order: a set of adhesive labels, a personalized water bottle, and a personalized wooden backpack tag. Unfortunately, the latter was not delivered to me; it was not in the package. I immediately wrote to customer service, requesting either a refund equal to the value of the missing item or a reshipment of the item, but after 5 business days I still have not received a response. For a store that operates exclusively online, responses should be faster. If I do not receive a proposal for a solution to what happened, despite the fact that the value of the sticker label is not high, I will not place any more orders, because on line the seriousness of the traders is important.
