The labels are nice, and it's nice to be able to customize them so much, although in preparing the 'nest kit' it would be more convenient to enter the options once (like entering a checkmark to decide if you want all the labels with the same color/font/logotype and layout), and not have to redo it all the time for all of them. shipping could be faster, too, but ok.

A little disappointed with the iron-on labels, although I like the labels 24 hours or more before washing the clothes and yet each time the clothes are put in the washing machine the labels come off, otherwise I'm happy with them.

My first order was not validated because the payment was supposedly refused. I received no information to this effect and waited in vain for my order, before going to the site to see that it had been cancelled. I had to place it again. I would have appreciated a commercial gesture for this wait, knowing that in the days preceding my order, there was a promotional code. Furthermore, there's no indication of the exact delivery date of the order. That's a shame.

I would have very gladly given 5 stars for the quality of the product, but unfortunately there were very long delays on shipping creating a great inconvenience for me before school started. The company needs to stop writing shipping within 48h business when the reality is far away (10 business days). I appreciated that you responded to my emails however the damage had already been done.

I didn't receive my order, when I chased it, I was told that as 10 days had passed it was considered lost in the post. I was promised that a replacement order would be manufactured and despatched, within a few days. I'm still waiting for my order and am being spammed with emails to write a review on trust pilot. So, based on my experience so far, I can only mark 1 star for the response I received saying they would replace the order. If I do ever receive my order I will let you know. The products sound lovely but I've yet to see them to verify. I don't like leaving negative reviews so I'm sorry to have to do this. Update - my labels arrived this morning, second request but they are here, they are posted from France ???? so this explains the delay perhaps. They look really cute, I will be able to label things now and see how they perform.
