I think the set itself is good, but unfortunately it only contains too few mini stickers for pens, for example, compared to textile or shoe stickers. I think that's a shame.

It indicated a specific delivery time and finally it took almost 15 days to arrive. It seems to me too long for the publicity they give

The stickers for objects and shoes are great. But the thermal stickers for clothes have been a disappointment. Almost all of them peel off, and I have stuck them following the instructions, but nothing, after a couple of washes they peel off again. A pity.

Beautiful gourd, but very fragile (my son put it on the table a little too quickly = crack in the outer wall, so no longer isothermal). It lasted 8 days. So expensive for that... To be avoided! What's more, I got a reply saying that it didn't prevent hermetic sealing. So the after-sales service did not meet my expectations.

Disappointed The labels won't stick to my daughter's clothes

This is the 2nd purchase I've made from Petit-Fernand. I do feel a bit conflicted with my score but think this is fair based on my experience. They arrive nicely packaged with some additional fun stickers for kids included, which is a nice touch. Also the range of colours, fonts and pictures that you can choose from to customise your stickers is great. I have found the stickers for items such as pencil cases, water bottles etc and the stickers for inside shoes to be excellent and they have always lasted the school year. However the iron on labels have not been as good. The first batch were just OK in terms of effectiveness however the 2nd batch I bought came off after one or two washes. I have tried ironing them on in different parts of the clothing e. g. on the label, on the actual t-shirt etc but they still fall out. I won't be purchasing the iron on stickers again.

In principle, I'm really happy with the stickers. However, with my last order I wanted to order stickers for my little one and for my godchild for his birthday and both were packed in a booklet, which is of course totally stupid because I can't give it as a gift and nowhere is it explained that everything from an order ends up in a booklet 🙁 very sad

I still haven't received the stickers I bought at the end of July.

We like the design and material of the bottle but the lid is too hard to open/close for a child. We've ordered alternative coloured lid too but it is also too hard to open/close. I don't recommend this for young children unless they are extremely storing. The image on the website didn't not really show the image of the opens lid which I felt a bit odd but now I understood why…

On another occasion I posted a bad comment because 20 days had passed since the order was placed and they had not arrived. It turns out that they were in the mailbox for days. It would be important to indicate that they arrive by mail The labels are great and also come with several very nice stickers.

Super label booklet, super snack box very happy but also very disappointed with the self-adhesive labels put on my son's clothes! Despite 48h of pause and after 1 passage in machine labels come off!!!! I'm really disappointed

Well-designed bottle with attractive motifs. However, the stopper is already broken following a fall.

Shoe labels come off

First time I order them. They arrive, they look cute, I put the thermals on all the garments and surprise! They all come off in the first wash. And as I wash them, the others keep falling off. I make a claim, they say they are probably defective and they will send me another one free of charge. And here I am still waiting. More than 14 days ago, and in the meantime every day sticking a label of objects that are to be used once and ready because they are not suitable for washing with clothes. So a disaster. Very cute but not very effective. What a disappointment. One and no more.

I'm usually delighted but this time I was a little disappointed. The labels on the left-hand side were stapled to the booklet. They were therefore damaged/loose on one side and really difficult to remove...

The order has been delivered too late

Order placed on 25/08 but not yet arrived. there is no tracking of the package, school will start soon and I am without labels

Since I ordered the order on 08/29/21 until today, I received today my stickers for my daughter, but the mail service and customer service very bad, because they told me that it was already sent. And they did not give any solution for the customer, where the order is going. I think the next time I will go to another page, I also ordered something else for my daughter, for school, and I ordered it the same day I ordered here, and on Tuesday 31/08/21 it arrived in two days. I hope they change their service because, they do it in France and I live in Barcelona, and from France to Barcelona I would not have to arrive so late things from this page. I hope they change.

I had a coupon code for my newsletter subscription. This one didn't work. After contacting C-mon étiquette by email, they were unable to send me another one. Disappointed with the handling, no commercial gesture.

I couldn't order 20 labels, so when I increased the number of labels ordered, there was a bug and the motif I wanted wasn't selected. As a result, I'm left with just first-name labels. Too bad

Quite disappointed with these after the labels started peeling off after the first wear and/or wash, despite following the instructions for the application and leaving them over 24 hours before the first wear. Won't be buying again.

I always find at least one label in the bottom of the washing machine. Disappointing.

It takes a long time, but good presentation of the labels and good order. They do their job as expected.

I have a rather mixed opinion because some iron-on labels resisted well to machine washing and others were found at the bottom of the drum unstuck from the clothes, it's a shame, I will order on other sites to be able to compare but I seriously doubt the duration and quality of these labels.

Good website. Order (dated 25/08) still not received! Difficult to contact customer service but I finally got a response, hoping to receive my order!

Great labels but long delivery time

I was convinced I ordered labels for fabrics instead they arrived for objects. Probably the site is unclear and can be improved. It is confusing.

Delivery is therefore delayed and there should be a tracking number to see. In addition, it is difficult to contact the person.

It's a good product but the writing is really small it would be great to be able to really adjust the font size to the label

Difficult to stick on jeans, and comes off after the first machine.

Little choice compared to the competition and difficulties paying for the order with PayPal: I had to try 3 days in a row before finally being able to validate my order!

Water-sensitive

Very satisfied with the choice of prints offered by the site. My children were delighted. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the glue, all the labels came off, and it made a meli-melo in the kits between the felt pens and pencils, everything was stuck together. I had to put Scotch tape on each pencil. I opted for these labels to save time, but in the end I lost time.

Unfortunately I followed the instructions exactly and my labels didn't fit so I had to buy something else, which was very disappointing.

Good and quality products. But very slow shipping.

Very disappointed... I ordered iron-on labels and the calibration is really bad... no kidding, there's 4mm of white on everything and the beautiful design stays on the sheet...

Disappointed by iron-on labels... Unfortunately, they don't stick, no matter what the garment's material... On the other hand, the self-adhesive labels hold very well, even after washing.

The stick on labels are great. It sticks in all materials I have tried including clothes and backpacks. The iron on however after washing came out completely.
