Unfortunately, the drinking bottle always leaks when it contains mineral water. My little one, aged 5, can't close the lunch box herself. That's a shame. I also think there are too many individual compartments. One compartment would be enough. Because you can't leave one out, otherwise the bread flies around in the tin. And so you always have to wash everything. The stickers for the clothes are great and hold well.

They are very nice but they never arrive on time and you have to claim them, it says that they arrive between 2 and 10 working days and here I have been waiting 16 and they have not arrived, it is not the first time I have had to claim for them to be sent to me because it seems that they are lost.

Received with wrong name written on it. I had to use this label quickly so I called your customer service and they were unable to find another solution for me, telling me, well, we sent the package, but it was a mistake on your part. During the purchase process the payment is made with paypal but the company does not complete the purchase. An error appears on their website and the order is not registered but the amount is charged to paypal. Contact with the company which does not respond, because despite being a website no one works on weekends. Curiously after claiming in paypal I receive an email in which they inform me that I have the products in the cart and that if I want them to PAY AGAIN. A scam and a total lack of customer service. PayPal at the moment is not responsible and does not allow me to claim the amount. I will return the receipts and they will explain me where is the order number and the merchandise.
