The water bottle is very nice but the cap is quite tricky to handle, it happens that it seems to be screwed on correctly but in reality it is not and it leaks. If I could suggest to change the type of the cap.

The stickers are good but the delivery is very slow. Maybe you should just say that it can take up to 14 days.

You have changed the packaging of the thermo labels, which are difficult to peel off. Too bad I've been using your service for years!

I'm disappointed because the red is not red but orange and the pale pink labels with white writing are illegible, the name written in white is not visible. The rendering is very different from that on the website. This is the 1st year I've been disappointed; previous years were fine.

Always loved p-f and bought my children's school name tags here, but the last 2 lots ordered were unusable because the sticker hadn't been cut properly so was impossible to remove from the page in the book, and when I could I took loads of additional parts with it! Not tried this next order yet, so will see if I will be ordering from them in the future if finding somewhere new…..

Fast as always, I've been starting with them for several years now. I find that since last year the labels don't hold up as well. So I'm thinking of testing the competition. Because I'm a bit disappointed. It's a shame.

Easy-to-use site, easy-to-order. On the other hand, no renewal: always the same colors and patterns for several years, too bad! And above all, I was very disappointed to receive a discount voucher 2 days after confirming my order! I'll probably look elsewhere next year....

Clothing stickers seem okay but the item stickers wont stick unsure if there q faulty batch or not, but probably unlikely to return and purchase again.

The products and quality are great, very good. The problem is that they take a long time to deliver the orders and on top of that they work with Correos for the shipments. Where I live, the Correos don't even bother to try to deliver the package and have it directly in the office to go pick it up without warning or notifying anything. They are open 3 hours a day and you have to wait in line for half an hour to be served. They should work with another parcel delivery agency that is more professional, effective and serious.

Hello, I've had problems with the labels, I've always been happy with the result, but for the last shipment the clothing labels were printed incorrectly, so the writing is off. As a result, there's a bit of white on the colored labels for my two children, and the last letter of my daughter's surname is cut off. As a result, I'm not very happy with the clothing labels. Nothing to complain about for my daughter's object labels.

The labels are beautiful, and I particularly liked the fact that, compared with other labels you find, these ones have motifs that aren't extremely gendered. Unfortunately, a good 20% of the self-adhesive labels on the clothes fell off in the first wash. This means we'll need to buy new ones often.

My order has not yet arrived

Very poor quality of the mini labels ... I had the same problem with my previous order, they were very difficult to remove and therefore damaged. I'm reordering for back-to-school, having obtained a 25% discount following the order delay, but the mini labels are still just as difficult to peel off. Unfortunately, I'm going to look for another supplier...

There was a staple on the first 2 labels of each plate. Too bad.

The website says delivery is within 48 hours, unfortunately my order took 3 weeks to be delivered.

I had placed a first order with a discount code. The order was cancelled without any email from you. I had to place another order but the code was no longer valid, so I was not entitled to the discount. No telephone number to contact you, which is a great pity. I've been taking my labels from you for 3 years, despite the discounts the school gives us for your design. I was disappointed with this experience. Nevertheless, I have nothing to say against your products.

The labels are fine but it's not what I ordered...

I hesitated for a few days to order a gourd (as a gift!) then I took the plunge; a very good gourd but a bit expensive! I'm disappointed because I received a 15% discount the day after ordering (which I would have used for this order given the price); then 30%, and new bottles were then offered on the site, I would have liked to have the choice too? (perhaps just a warning that other products of the same type would soon be offered on the site); in short, I'm happy with the quality of the products, but a little disappointed with customer loyalty.

Delivery a little too long for my taste.....

I've always ordered from this site, which I love, but frankly I'm very disappointed with the personalized bottles. For the price, the visual is poorly done, it's all grainy and the bottle tops broke off in one use. Really disappointed? On the other hand, I would buy other things on the site but I wouldn't recommend it.

Handwriting too small

My comment refers only to the water bottle. Personally for the cost incurred I imagined a product of higher quality. Specifically the outside of the bottle where basically there is the design there are streaks as if the same was not applied accurately. I washed the bottle by hand with dish soap and water but they did not go away. maybe I should have used a (non abrasive)sponge with more pressure, but I am afraid of damaging the design. I also thought it was a bit more capacious, but on the website the dimensions are stated.

Slow customer service and unresolved problem.

There were problems with the payment for the first order, it didn't go any further. I repeated the process and unintentionally ordered twice. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after my vacation. In my opinion, someone could have noticed this and they could have asked if this is what they wanted when they receive two completely identical orders #customer service. The name doesn't exist again. Tough luck. The products are still beautiful. Hopefully they will last.

The labels were better before. This is the second time I've ordered and there's a difference in printing, my son's name is less legible. What's more, the labels used to be printed on transparent, self-adhesive paper, but now they're on paper and it's very hard to peel them off without damaging them. I'm disappointed.

Great design and presentation, but unfortunately the textile stickers don't stick well to clothing, they come off again at 40 degrees in the machine

I ordered iron-on labels for my little one who is going to nursery school. They are very pretty and were received quickly, but unfortunately some came unstuck, even though the iron was very hot.
