I had placed a first order with a discount code. The order was cancelled without any email from you. I had to place another order but the code was no longer valid, so I was not entitled to the discount. No telephone number to contact you, which is a great pity. I've been taking my labels from you for 3 years, despite the discounts the school gives us for your design. I was disappointed with this experience. Nevertheless, I have nothing to say against your products.

I hesitated for a few days to order a gourd (as a gift!) then I took the plunge; a very good gourd but a bit expensive! I'm disappointed because I received a 15% discount the day after ordering (which I would have used for this order given the price); then 30%, and new bottles were then offered on the site, I would have liked to have the choice too? (perhaps just a warning that other products of the same type would soon be offered on the site); in short, I'm happy with the quality of the products, but a little disappointed with customer loyalty.

I've always ordered from this site, which I love, but frankly I'm very disappointed with the personalized bottles. For the price, the visual is poorly done, it's all grainy and the bottle tops broke off in one use. Really disappointed? On the other hand, I would buy other things on the site but I wouldn't recommend it.

My comment refers only to the water bottle. Personally for the cost incurred I imagined a product of higher quality. Specifically the outside of the bottle where basically there is the design there are streaks as if the same was not applied accurately. I washed the bottle by hand with dish soap and water but they did not go away. maybe I should have used a (non abrasive)sponge with more pressure, but I am afraid of damaging the design. I also thought it was a bit more capacious, but on the website the dimensions are stated.

There were problems with the payment for the first order, it didn't go any further. I repeated the process and unintentionally ordered twice. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after my vacation. In my opinion, someone could have noticed this and they could have asked if this is what they wanted when they receive two completely identical orders #customer service. The name doesn't exist again. Tough luck. The products are still beautiful. Hopefully they will last.

The labels were better before. This is the second time I've ordered and there's a difference in printing, my son's name is less legible. What's more, the labels used to be printed on transparent, self-adhesive paper, but now they're on paper and it's very hard to peel them off without damaging them. I'm disappointed.
