Although I followed the instructions to the letter, the thermoadhesive labels came off right away, some after the first wash and some even just wearing the clothes. The ones for the items seem okay.

Ordered the labels on the 30th Aug - was given impression they arrive ëpretty quickly' or ësoon' after 48h despatch (even if 2-10 days is what reads on the website). Disappointed that the labels have not arrived before daughter starting school. Had to label using a sharpie! Let's see when ëpretty quickly/soon' happens 🙁

However, your order was dispatched within 48 hours as promised and then you have to allow time for the delivery. As explained to you by email and on the phone, we do not guarantee that your labels will arrive in time for your children going back to school, as these dates vary from person to person. Lovely looking stickers as always but very difficult to peel off the backing. I've had these stickers for a number of years now and have never experienced such difficulty using them.
