Order never received, I sent a message and never received an answer, I would not recommend you ...
Order not received and no response from customer service. Site not serious to flee
Order placed on 02/09/21, still being prepared after more than two weeks. The telephone is unavailable, there is an automatic reply to emails but no return, the contact form is not sent, in short, no customer service. I'm very disappointed and I'm obviously not the only one.
No customer service follow-up
The labels come off and I find them all over my washing machine and other clothes.

I don't receive the package, customer service the only response they give me is that it turns out delivered. They choose the carrier for delivery and no signature is required for delivery. It is my problem, though, and they do not respond to it

It is a real scam. They advertise on their website that the stickers will be ready in 48 hours and it's been more than ten days and I still haven't received the order. Not only that, but after a complaint by mail, since they don't answer the customer service phone, they ask me again for the payment. After sending them the proof of payment of my order, they have not answered me again. It is a scam. A real disgrace. I advise customers not to buy from this lousy store. I am going to file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Department so that they do not continue to rip people off.
I paid for the order in August and never received it....don't judge the quality because I haven't seen anything I ordered.

Hello I ordered labels on Thursday, September 2 I took the shipment Chronopost hoping to receive them quickly (Saturday 4 or Monday 6) but I received them only Friday10, I spent almost 10 for nothing, I hope to get a refund! Sincerely Beatrice DURBESSON

Shameful. From August 18 that I ordered the labels, to today September 18 still nothing has arrived. Payment in advance, order is not traceable. say 2/3 business days and then at the time of purchase 10 days due to no fault of yours. Non-existent customer service? Always answered by a computer! You people are disgraceful! Scamming People like this. Shame on you!
I have not received my order
Unfortunately, I was delivered a water bottle with the wrong printed name. I have sent two emails and have not heard back. I also tried to contact them by phone but to no avail.
The labels ordered AND PAID for never arrived. You have no customer service and no one responds to emails. You really deserve insulting comments.
Very bad . Ordered labels twice and after a month they never arrived . They keep sending me the usual apology message ,but the order is missing .
At the moment it hasn't arrived yet and it's been 16 days since I ordered, it's been 3 years since I've ordered labels and it had never happened hopefully they will arrive since school has already started

I placed an order on September 5th for two personalized lunch boxes and it is now September 17th and they still haven't arrived. I just send an email to see if someone tells me when they will arrive and no one answers. I have ordered other times and very well but I think this has been the last. And that if I receive the order some day but they have also charged it. Very bad....

Spelling error on my daughter's name on my order
I ordered the labels in early September and. I still haven't gotten them, I'm sending the baby to kindergarten without labels... there's no telling where these labels are, there's at this point never getting them to me. My friend ordered them several days after I did and after exactly 10 days they arrived to her
Very disappointed... whether it's thermo-adhesive labels or other labels for clothes, 1st wash: gone. It's not the 1st time I've used labels like these.
I'm very disappointed by the quality of the labels, which are aesthetically pleasing but don't wash well... I've been ordering your back-to-school labels for at least 3 years now, and I've never had a problem until now. I wouldn't recommend them at all because the quality is not the same anymore.

Never received my package
Hello, I've ordered from the site several times and never had any problems until now. My last order had a printing defect, the labels were impossible to remove from their backing, as if the outline had not been sufficiently "cut". When I finally managed to peel off a label, it was folded, with a piece of "transparent tape" added to the side: a catastrophe! I tell myself it's no big deal, the service department will surely find a solution, and then I'm in for a big surprise: there's no phone number! So I sent an e-mail, but to date I've had no reply, it's not serious at all, especially as it was urgent for the start of the new school year. Anyway, if there's no fault, it's still expensive for what it is but at least it's practical. If there's a problem, too bad for you!
I placed an order on 31/08/2021 and still haven't received anything despite several emails sent to customer service (it's now 17/09/2021). I find myself with 40 labels with my son's name on them ... that's if the order was really placed! no telephone to reach an advisor and my son finds himself with lost or stolen things at school because there are no labels. I'm extremely disappointed and hope to get a return one day.
Disappointed with the heat-seal labels: they don't stick.
