It is a real scam. They advertise on their website that the stickers will be ready in 48 hours and it's been more than ten days and I still haven't received the order. Not only that, but after a complaint by mail, since they don't answer the customer service phone, they ask me again for the payment. After sending them the proof of payment of my order, they have not answered me again. It is a scam. A real disgrace. I advise customers not to buy from this lousy store. I am going to file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Department so that they do not continue to rip people off.

Hello, I've ordered from the site several times and never had any problems until now. My last order had a printing defect, the labels were impossible to remove from their backing, as if the outline had not been sufficiently "cut". When I finally managed to peel off a label, it was folded, with a piece of "transparent tape" added to the side: a catastrophe! I tell myself it's no big deal, the service department will surely find a solution, and then I'm in for a big surprise: there's no phone number! So I sent an e-mail, but to date I've had no reply, it's not serious at all, especially as it was urgent for the start of the new school year. Anyway, if there's no fault, it's still expensive for what it is but at least it's practical. If there's a problem, too bad for you!

I placed an order on 31/08/2021 and still haven't received anything despite several emails sent to customer service (it's now 17/09/2021). I find myself with 40 labels with my son's name on them ... that's if the order was really placed! no telephone to reach an advisor and my son finds himself with lost or stolen things at school because there are no labels.
