2 orders placed for my 2 daughters, labels for one of my daughters ended up in the middle of the 2nd daughter's notebook. One page just lay in the notebook without being stapled. And all the pages were staggered in the 2 notebooks (shorter sheets under longer ones). For the price of the booklet, I find that the service provided is not qualitative. Customer service was unable to offer a commercial gesture without my asking, and the first response to my complaint was "we'll do better next time". Too bad. There won't be a next time, I'll order elsewhere.

Amazing quality iron on personalised name labels! I will never use any other company! I used them last year and they stayed on the whole time I had the clothes!
