The stickers for objects and shoes are great. But the thermal stickers for clothes have been a disappointment. Almost all of them peel off, and I have stuck them following the instructions, but nothing, after a couple of washes they peel off again. A pity.

Beautiful gourd, but very fragile (my son put it on the table a little too quickly = crack in the outer wall, so no longer isothermal). It lasted 8 days. So expensive for that... To be avoided! What's more, I got a reply saying that it didn't prevent hermetic sealing. So the after-sales service did not meet my expectations.

This is the 2nd purchase I've made from Petit-Fernand. I do feel a bit conflicted with my score but think this is fair based on my experience. They arrive nicely packaged with some additional fun stickers for kids included, which is a nice touch. Also the range of colours, fonts and pictures that you can choose from to customise your stickers is great. I have found the stickers for items such as pencil cases, water bottles etc and the stickers for inside shoes to be excellent and they have always lasted the school year. However the iron on labels have not been as good. The first batch were just OK in terms of effectiveness however the 2nd batch I bought came off after one or two washes. I have tried ironing them on in different parts of the clothing e. g. on the label, on the actual t-shirt etc but they still fall out. I won't be purchasing the iron on stickers again.

However, with my last order I wanted to order stickers for my little one and for my godchild for his birthday and both were packed in a booklet, which is of course totally stupid because I can't give it as a gift and nowhere is it explained that everything from an order ends up in a booklet 🙁 very sad

We like the design and material of the bottle but the lid is too hard to open/close for a child. We've ordered alternative coloured lid too but it is also too hard to open/close. I don't recommend this for young children unless they are extremely storing. The image on the website didn't not really show the image of the opens lid which I felt a bit odd but now I understood why

First time I order them. They arrive, they look cute, I put the thermals on all the garments and surprise! They all come off in the first wash. And as I wash them, the others keep falling off. I make a claim, they say they are probably defective and they will send me another one free of charge. And here I am still waiting. More than 14 days ago, and in the meantime every day sticking a label of objects that are to be used once and ready because they are not suitable for washing with clothes. So a disaster. Very cute but not very effective. What a disappointment. One and no more.

Since I ordered the order on 08/29/21 until today, I received today my stickers for my daughter, but the mail service and customer service very bad, because they told me that it was already sent.
