Unfortunately, there is no 0 rating! Purchased labels on September 6 and as of today, September 21 never received! Customer service tells me to wait until Sept. 19 to hear back! It is clear that with the start of school I would need the labels as soon as possible (I was fine with the normal delivery time stated on the Site), but by now I have affixed more to my daughter's school supplies! To date no labels and no refund! Never again more than a negative experience ???????? UPDATE-UPDATE After about 4 months after my order and several email exchanges with customer service I received the product I ordered At least the customer service worked
