I have not had a good experience, I placed the order on August 30 and I have not received it yet, apparently it has been lost. Two days ago they told me that they would remanufacture it in 48 hours and a maximum shipping time of 10 working days. I needed it to mark school items that I have already had to mark in another way due to the delay.

Unfortunately I still have not received my order. I requested a change of address due to an error in the zip code a few hours after placing the order through customer service. The response and the change of the zip code arrived late, as the order had already been shipped. I placed my order on September 1, according to a mail they sent me, made available to the post office on September 3. The 2 to 10 working days they give for delivery have passed and it still hasn't arrived. I know I am not the only one. Their Facebook page is full of similar comments. I send emails and they answer me in French, there is no way they will pick up the phone. A disaster. Money thrown away. There are other pages similar in price and much faster in shipping.
