Unfortunately, the service is poor. I placed my order on September 4, it is now the 20th and I have not heard from the package. I wrote several emails and called several times, never received a response. I hope to receive a refund, meanwhile I had to go to another supplier or my daughter would go to daycare without labeled clothes.
