Good morning, I have to evaluate an order that has never arrived at its destination after almost a month and the worst of all is that nobody attends you, they only send you an email that supposedly informs you where the phantom package is. Good morning, the service has been terrible, what's more, I still haven't received the order I placed with you. I have sent 2 emails asking for explanations of the delay, one of them you have answered me in French and I have not been able to understand it and the other one I have no answer yet. I would like to be refunded the 9 euros because after almost a month waiting for the shipment I have not received it.
