The hard drive doesn't work. So no games. No positive response from the team. My opinion will change if they can fix the problem or change my drive. It's been over 3 weeks.

NESPi4 console option 50000 games ordered on 29/09 received on 9/10 with 11 games.....and of course not the best. From then on, calls, emails, meetings, etc.... When I manage to get someone, it's pretty nice but it does not progress, I'm told I will receive another product but no information, nor delivery date. I'm waiting for the next step, hoping for a happy and quick outcome

THE HONEST No after sales service phone rings to the absent subscriber. 1 month and a half that I try to contact them without getting an answer on the phone, mobile, e-mail, chat on their site. For the sale they have good for the rest of the suckers. To answer your comment of 28/09/20 I have called 0176503939 and 0766404620 unfortunately you do not answer and of course no call back even if you leave a message. I have an invoice, an order number in the name of your shop. Your statements are just lies to look good to everyone. Answer your customers' requests simply and stop your nice words. I have never received a parcel, I was taken for a ride... it's more like a scam than an online business... No one answers the email... The people behind the website act like everything is normal... Anodyne answer and NOTHING... I'm still waiting for the package after 4 weeks of paying! RUN AWAY!

Very disappointed with the service. One number given, where I left a message, nobody ever called me back. Many games are not accessible (in the list but they don't launch) and many games are not playable, no buttons to launch them. Hello everyone be very patient Hello everyone, Retrogaming Store seems to be selling some amazing products. I'm still waiting for the arrival of my order of 684.86 euros placed on August 20, 2020, so 3 weeks ago. On August 26 I received an email announcing that my order is being prepared and delivered. Then nothing...I call and I listen to the beautiful music of the fairies of Zelda on the answering machine but I NEVER have anyone. After many emails and messages on the website, I received a call 1 week ago telling me that a new package would be sent to me via tracked parcel and that on Wednesday or Thursday, I would receive my order. It is now Thursday, and I have not received an order or a message of sending the parcel...nothing. I'm waiting for a commercial gesture and I'll keep everyone informed of the quality of the products...if my order arrives. PS: I would like a free controller as a commercial gesture...
